Back at it again.
1. Skills:
You've toned it down some, but there are a few issues that we need to sort out.
Skills like Domestication, woodcarving, and music/song are too complex and require too much time realistically to really qualify as minor skills.
I would suggest cutting domestication and wood carving to tone down some of his skill set some. Remember that there is a town that has varrying tasks within setting. If your character can do too much then he/she becomes overbearing in an unrealistic way.
Next, I would put the tanning (leatherworking) and sneak into one skill as hunting. Hunting can be a major skill that still has reasonably enough skill in say, tanning, to be part of the job.
Not mandatory but perhaps rename "Wilderness" to survival. Just to be more clear.
You don't really need to have Athletics listed. One can infer that a hunter/woodsman would be athletic.
Combat skills should be separated. Bow and Axe are two completely different combat arts and thus take seperate training to learn.
Overall I suggest: Remove athletics, split the combat skills (remmeber the time it takes to train and maintain both), remove domestication, woodcarving, stealth and leather working.
Add hunting (which covers stealth and leather working) and music to major skills.
I don't mean for this to seem as being too harsh. Remember the age of your character and keep in mind that skills are gained from training, experience and upkeep. Not to say a character cannot learn new things in setting but we have to strike a balance around the character's age.
2. Backstory
I need you to put in some elements of the Mesalia lore. With your character's age, be sure to include the more recenet and relevant events. Describe how they changed your character and his family life. If the lore events did not influence your character, why not?
