Yeah, I know you haven't asked this, but I thought I'd let you know:
Whitelist applicants will always have priority over current players' characters submissions, unless that player doesn't have a character to RP with. These aren't the staff rules, as far as I know. These are mine; my reasoning is that you've already got a character to keep you busy, whereas the whitelist applicants don't.
When I'm done with the whitelist apps, this submission will receive feedback first. I'm tempted to tell you not to change it whilst you wait, because it means I'll have to read the whole submission again and edit things in the feedback I've already written. But... if you do change it for the better without me having to tell you, I won't complain. Promise.
Still no approval from staff for a second character. Reasons: OOC behaviour, RP skills and character development all require improvement.
