Well, there is a reason as to why I am making the sandstorm team last. Garchomp? Why? It is considered the best pokemon from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum! Because Dragon types can go to poke-hell. (Cept for swift swim Kingdara...God that thing was beautiful.)

Also that I would like to point out that a hail stall team without Froslass, (Which uses Snow cloak) well, you're wasting your time IMO
